Framebloom is operated by odeo LLC. This page describes how this version of our website handles your information.

What we collect

You can browse template previews without creating an account. If you create a Framebloom account, we store your email address, an account identifier, and secure hashes of your password and recovery code. We store the titles, descriptions, template selections, aspect ratios, and dates of the creative briefs you save.

How we use it

We use this information to provide your workspace, store your briefs, and support the product. The Framebloom administrator can review submitted briefs. Saving a brief does not automatically generate a video, send a marketing email, or create a paid order.

Storage and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare Pages and its hosting infrastructure to serve pages. Framebloom manages customer accounts and sign-in sessions. Structured records and uploaded template media are stored using Cloudflare database and file services. These services may process information outside your country. We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in for up to seven days. For abuse prevention, we temporarily store hashed identifiers based on your network address and email, plus attempt counts. These expire after 15 minutes. Recovery codes allow you to reset your password without an automated email.

Your choices

Please avoid placing sensitive personal information in creative briefs. You can request access to or deletion of your stored briefs by contacting goododeo@gmail.com from your account email. We retain briefs while they are needed to provide your workspace, unless you request deletion or retention is required for another applicable purpose.
