These terms apply to Framebloom, operated by odeo LLC. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Current service

The current service lets you browse template previews and save creative briefs. Automated video generation is in development. A saved brief is not a completed video, a paid order, or a commitment that a particular result will be produced. No generation credits or paid subscriptions are offered in this version.

Your content and conduct

You retain your rights in the original content you submit. You allow us to store and display your briefs as necessary to operate your workspace and review product requests. Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not use the service for illegal content, impersonation, exploitation, harassment, or sexual content involving minors.

Template previews

Previews illustrate creative directions. Viewing a preview does not transfer ownership or grant a separate licence to its depicted brands, characters, music, or third-party materials. Do not assume a template preview guarantees an identical future generation result.

Availability and changes

Features and templates may change as the product develops. We aim to keep the service useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service. If paid features become available, their pricing and terms will be shown before purchase.
